📦 Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide the App's functionality:

⚙️ How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the RetailersPOS application

- To synchronize business data between the App and your configured server

- To print invoices and receipts via connected printers (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, IP, Sunmi)
- To improve the App's performance, stability, and user experience
- To respond to support requests or technical issues you report
🗄️ Data Storage & Security
RetailersPOS connects to a self-hosted or licensed server configured by the business owner. All business data is stored on that server — not on our servers. You are responsible for the security and backup of your own server.
Data stored locally on your device (e.g., login tokens, printer settings, cached preferences) is kept in encrypted device storage and is cleared when you log out or uninstall the App.
🔐 App Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions:

You can revoke optional permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission will only disable the related feature (e.g., revoking Bluetooth disables Bluetooth printing).
🔗 Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or social login services.
Printing features use the following device-level integrations — no data is sent externally:
- Sunmi Printer SDK — communicates only with the built-in Sunmi printer on Sunmi hardware
- Bluetooth Thermal Printing — communicates only with your paired printer device
- TCP/IP Socket Printing — communicates only with printers on your local network
👶 Children's Privacy
RetailersPOS is a business application intended for use by adults (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can remove it.
✅ Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Portability — Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection — Object to certain types of data processing

🚫 We Do Not Sell Your Data
